Ingredients
- 1 scoop Matrix Whey Protein – Vanilla flavour
- 260g Matrix Peanut Butter
- 200g flaxseed powder
- 80g almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30g sweetener
Method
- Blitz all of the ingredients together in a blender
- Place the mixture in the freezer for one hour, then remove and form into 15 balls
- Freeze for a further hour, then serve
