  1. Blend the almonds until fine, then throw in the dates and maca powder, then blend again
  2. Add the lemon zest and juice into the mixture, and blend until you’ve formed a dough. Add a tablespoon of water a bit at at time if necessary.
  3. Chill in the mixture for an hour, then form 15 balls. Place in the freezer for a further hour to firm up.
