Ingredients
- 1 scoop Matrix Anabolic Gold – Vanilla flavour
- 200g rolled oats
- 135g Matrix Peanut Butter
- 50g almonds
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 170g honey
- 30g dried apricot
Method
- Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl
- Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, then add to the dry ingredients and combine
- Put the bowl in the fridge for an hour and then form the mixture into 15 balls
- Freeze for another hour to firm up further, then serve
