
Packing a punch of cinnamon flavour and giving you a satisfying crunch from walnuts, these tasty little snacks are perfect if you’re looking for a protein snack that satisfies the sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Matrix Whey Protein – Vanilla flavour
- 60g walnut halves
- 115g almonds
- 150g carrots
- 100g Matrix Peanut Butter
- 75g dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Peel and grate the carrots
- Chuck all of your ingredients into a blender and pulse together until combined
- Mould into 15 individual balls
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before consuming
