Get ready to rest. This one is a killer

As well as our Matrix Basics, we will now be running exercises, workouts and top nutrition tips from all of our Project X athletes.

Here is James Stirling’s high intensity cardio workout that can be done almost anywhere.

20:20:20 Cardio Resistance

Length of time: 20 minutes

Goal: High intensity cardio superset with body weight Resistance exercise to burn fat.

How: 20 seconds sprint: 20 body weight exercise: 20 rest.

Where: outdoor or gym based. Replace the treadmill for an outdoor open space to complete anywhere!

Min 1 – 5:
20 seconds treadmill sprint, 20 seconds press up, 20 second rest. Repeat

Min 5 – 10:
20 seconds treadmill sprint, 20 second bodyweight squats, 20 second rest. Repeat

Min 10-15:
20 seconds treadmill sprint, 20 second mountain climbers, 20 second rest. Repeat

Min 15-20:
20 second treadmill sprint, 20 second lunges, 20 second rest. Done
