That is what Laura Mechem has given us, with another easy to follow recipe!


This is based on my low carb meal macro allocation but can easily be amended to suit

4 Egg Whites
30g Raw Spinach
2 Slices of Ham
3 Cherry Tomatoes
100g Chopped Cucumber for the side
Seasonings- I used garlic granules, cayenne pepper and a dash of cinnamon

Add seasoning to egg whites

Egg white tortilla
Using either coconut oil or 1cal spray- pour egg whites thinly over saucepan and fry!
Place under the grill for a minute to finish cooking.
Egg wrap filled
Let it cool on a plate whilst cooking the next one.
Add the fillings and wrap
Egg tortilla wrap
Wrap it!
