1-5: 40 second row, 20 second plank
5-10: 30 second row, 30 second plank
10-15: 20 second row, 40 second plank
15-20: 30 second row, 30 second plank
20-25: 40 second row, 20 second plank
Then go for a 120 rep abs blast!
12 reps leg raises
8 reps decline crunches
12 reps alternate heel touch
8 bottom ups
Repeat 3 times!
