Row-plank Pyramid workout with abs blast

Equipment: Rowing machine Length of workout: 35mins

Directions:

First 25 minutes:
  • 1-5: 40 second row, 20 second plank
  • 5-10: 30 second row, 30 second plank
  • 10-15: 20 second row, 40 second plank
  • 15-20: 30 second row, 30 second plank
  • 20-25: 40 second row, 20 second plank

  • Then go for a 120 rep abs blast!
  • 12 reps leg raises
  • 8 reps decline crunches
  • 12 reps alternate heel touch
  • 8 bottom ups

  • Repeat 3 times! Complete. Look out next week for another installment of FBI
