The Giant Set

Bench Squats to sofa One Leg Raises on Sofa Double Hip Raises Donkey Kickbacks on sofa Hip Thrusts Split Lunges on sofa Lateral Jump Squats
Workout length: 4 sets of 15 reps on each exercise Rest period: One min rest between each giant set Equipment: Ankle/Wrist weights if required and a sofa.
